Sentul — The Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Training Program by Ranaya Fazza Utama, involving medical doctors and personnel from the Army Health Center (Puskesad), Special Forces Command (Kopassus), and Strategic Reserve Command (Kostrad), was successfully conducted on 4–5 December 2025 at Lorin Sentul Hotel. This training aimed to enhance the participants’ capabilities in managing trauma casualties in tactical and emergency field conditions.
Over the two-day program, participants received both theoretical instruction and hands-on training covering massive hemorrhage control, airway management, and casualty evacuation under high-risk scenarios. The training curriculum was developed in accordance with Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) standards, which are widely recognized as the leading guidelines for trauma management in military environments.
The event was attended by representatives from the Army Health Center (Puskesad), the Special Forces Command (Kopassus), and the Strategic Reserve Command (Kostrad). Through this collaboration, it is expected that all participants will enhance their readiness and skills in delivering rapid, accurate, and effective first aid in both operational environments and other emergency situations.
Beyond strengthening technical competencies, the training also served as a platform to enhance coordination and synergy among units in supporting a more integrated tactical medical response system. This initiative is expected to continuously improve casualty management standards within the military environment, enabling more optimal responses in critical situations.
